Our Christmas menu consists of
Old-fashioned ripened leek and horseradish herring
Hand-peeled shrimp turned into herbs and a poached egg
Smoked salmon with horseradish mayo and Rossini caviar
Carl Nielsen's Christmas pig, cracked and beer braised ribs with homemade red cabbage
Risalamande with cherry sauce made on home-pickled cherries

On the evenings of 18,19,25 and 26 November as well as 2,3,9,10,16 and 17 December, we only serve the Christmas menu. Every Saturday from 19 November to 17 December, we only serve the Christmas menu during normal opening hours.
For lunch served on all days other than Saturdays, we only serve dishes from the menu.
