At Restaurant Carl Nielsen, we make every effort to protect and respect your privacy - and it is our goal to treat your personal data safely, securely and appropriately. Your personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation on personal data, including the Data Protection Act.
Cancellation or changes in relation to the time of arrival, or change of number of guests must be made before the confirmed time of arrival. If you have booked online, you can change or cancel your reservation before arrival via the link in your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact the restaurant directly.
The gift cards can be used in all our restaurants and can be purchased online at www.restaurantcarlnielsen.dk or in the restaurants during opening hours.
Gift cards can be purchased either as physical gift cards, which are sent by post or as electronic gift cards, which are sent by mail.
Restaurant Carl Nielsen receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner).
Restaurant Carl Nielsen encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Restaurant Carl Nielsen strives for the dispatch of orders received before kl. 16:00 will be sent the same day. Orders placed after kl. 16:00 will not be sent until the next day.
Restaurant Carl Nielsen arranges delivery with Post Nord (unless otherwise stated). The physical gift card is sent as a letter and delivered within min. 5 working days from Post Nord has received it at the post office. Restaurant Flammen can not be held responsible for delays at Post Nord. Failure to receive must be reported to email@example.com
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad also takes place with Post Nord.

Return of goods takes place to the address, which is stated upon request. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by handing over the item in person with us. It is not a requirement but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package - eg copy of order confirmation, registration and account number for bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any. prior correspondence, etc.
There is a 14-day right of return on gift cards from the day they are received. However, this presupposes that neither you nor the recipient has redeemed the gift card. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail on email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Refund / refund is made to the payment card that was used for purchases in the shop.

The data responsible is Restaurant Carl Nielsen. All information is stored securely in unencrypted form. Likewise, personal data is sent back and forth unencrypted.
On www.restaurantcarlnielsen.dk we also use analysis tools to review traffic data in the form of logs from our website. In this connection, no information about your person is stored.
