Our Christmas menu consists of
Old-fashioned ripened leek and horseradish herring
Hand-peeled shrimp turned into herbs and a poached egg
Smoked salmon with horseradish mayo
Carl Nielsen's Christmas pig, burst and beer braised pork with homemade red cabbage
Risalamande with cherry sauce made on home-pickled cherries

On the evenings of 17, 18, 24 and 25 November and 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 and 16 December we only serve the Christmas menu.
For lunch, we only serve dishes from the menu as well as the Christmas menu for the whole table.
